Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By verifying your account and using Glitch ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Discord's own Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and have a valid Discord account to use Glitch. By verifying, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, scripts, or macros to interact with the Bot
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behaviour for personal gain
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players
- Attempt to manipulate the economy in ways that harm other players
- Circumvent bans or restrictions placed on your account
4. Virtual Items
All cards, currencies (Pixels, Voids, Nexus), and other in-bot items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money and are not transferable outside of the Bot's own systems.
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion. Banned users forfeit all virtual items associated with their account.
6. Service Availability
Glitch is provided free of charge and on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any loss of data or virtual items resulting from downtime, bugs, or discontinuation of the service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
