Refund Policy

1. What You Are Buying
Glitch is free to play. You may optionally buy virtual items — Nexus currency and Pass Caches — from the in-bot store or the website store. These are purchases of digital goods, not donations, and are delivered to the Discord account that placed the order, normally within seconds of payment.
2. Payments and Currency
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and are never seen by, sent to, or stored by Glitch. Prices are shown in US dollars; if your card is issued in another currency, your bank or Stripe may apply a conversion, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly.
Charges appear on your statement under our Stripe business name. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it — see section 6.
3. Immediate Delivery and Your Right of Withdrawal
Virtual items are delivered immediately after payment. By completing a purchase you request that delivery begins straight away and you acknowledge that, once the item has been delivered to your account, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you would otherwise have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. That right ends once delivery has been completed with your consent, as described above. Until an item is delivered, you may cancel and be refunded in full.
4. Refunds
Because items are delivered instantly and consumed within the Bot, purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
We will refund you where something has genuinely gone wrong, including:
- you were charged but the item never arrived, and we cannot deliver it;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the purchase was made without your authorisation (for example by a child or someone else using your card).
Contact us through the official Discord support server as soon as possible and include the approximate date, amount, and the Discord account involved. We review every request individually and will do our best to put things right, but outside the cases above a refund is at our discretion.
5. Purchases by Minors
You must be old enough to use Discord in your country, and you must either be the cardholder or have the cardholder's permission before buying. If a purchase was made by a minor without permission, tell us and we will refund it.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — most problems are quicker to fix directly, and we would rather refund you than have you out of pocket. An unjustified chargeback may result in the loss of purchased items and a permanent ban from Glitch.
7. Account Termination
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and remain tied to your account. If your account is banned for breaking the Terms of Use, purchased items are forfeited and are not refunded.
