1. Ko-fi Tips

Glitch is a free service. Nexus currency can be obtained by making voluntary tips via Ko-fi. These tips are entirely voluntary and are treated as donations to support the development and hosting of the Bot.

2. Non-Refundable Nature of Tips

Because Ko-fi tips are voluntary donations — not purchases of a product or subscription — they are generally non-refundable. By tipping, you acknowledge this and agree that you are not entitled to a refund.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe a tip was made in error (for example, due to technical issues or unauthorised use of your Ko-fi account), please contact us via the Discord support server as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis. We are not able to guarantee refunds but will do our best to help.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in a permanent ban from Glitch. If you have a concern, please contact us directly before escalating to your payment provider.
